We the people in the Tabernacle of Great Commission are working on many different things that will help the suffering and the helpless in the Northern and Eastern part of Sri Lanka. Some of the projects that we have under taken are building orphenages in Sri Lanka to look after and empower thousands of future generations for their life success by providing food, clothes, education, and Christian nurturing, Training the youth to become self-sufficient and task oriented to be employable in the global economy, Creating institutions and employment services where they can be employed to grow and be good citizens of the country they live in, and many other projects that are projected to improve the living conditions and raising the living standards of the suffering Tamil people in Sri Lanka.
God’s Word declares, “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world” (James 1:27). And Jesus Himself promises, “And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me” (Matthew 25:40).
As a partner of this ministry, you are making a difference every day of the year in the lives of the suffering people. When you give to this ministry, we see that your gift goes to our children’s orphenages, buying medical equipment and medicines for the hospitals that care for them when they get sick, feeding programs, training facilities, and spreading the Gospel to the world.
